  1. Promotion Period: The Mother's Day Sale runs from May 1st to May 15th, 2024. During this period, customers on gravastar.com can enjoy exclusive discounts, free gifts with selected purchases, spend-and-save offers, and a 30-day price guarantee.
  2. Exclusive Discounts: Selected GravaStar products will be available at a discounted price during the promotion. The specific discount amounts will be indicated on the promotion and order pages.
  3. Free Gifts: Customers can redeem gifts with GravaStarCredits. All gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one gift code per order. Customers placing orders after the depletion of free gifts will not be eligible for the offer.
  4. Spend-and-Save Offer: Customers can use the $5, $10 & $15 coupons redeemed by GravaStar Credits only when the accumulated pre-tax consumption in a single order reaches $100.
  5. Membership Benefits: From May 1st to May 15th, 2024, members earn 2x GravaStar Credits when spending over $100, and these credits are valid for 5 months.To receive GravaStar Credits, customers must be registered GravaStar members and log into their member accounts before purchasing.

  3. All offers are valid only if the purchase is completed during the promotional period.
  4. Exclusive discounts, spend-and-save offers cannot be applied with other coupons, codes, or promotions.
  5. Products purchased at gravastar.com during the Anniversary Sale are eligible for a 30-day price guarantee from the purchase date.
  6. Free gifts cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after GravaStarCredits have been redeemed. Gifts may be shipped separately.
  7. Gravastar Credits will be credited based on the amount paid and issued to the member's account within 30 days of purchase. Refunds or returns on purchased products will result in corresponding points being revoked.
  8. Gravastar reserves all interpretation rights.


  1. Rewards will be issued a separate order ID and will be shipped separately.
  2. Rewards will be shipped after redemption is complete.
  3. You will receive the order confirmation letter after redemption. Once the redeemed products are shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number.
  4. Please double-check before you confirm to redeem. If the products are arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team service@gravastar.com within 7 days.
