We ship all of the GravaStar products worldwide. Please find shipping information for your region below.
Free shipping over USD$70 in the US, but these products are not included in the free shipping because of the inventory locations:
- Anniversary bundle
- Mozart speaker
- Mars Pro white speaker
- Ferra iPhone case
Orders placed within the US will be shipped from our US-based warehouses within 2-3 business days of your order being placed.
The typical delivery time in continental US is 5-7 business days for ground shipping, but can occasionally take longer. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries will arrive in around 10 business days.
For orders placed in the EU, products will be shipped out from our warehouses within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. Delivery times will vary depending on the final destination of your order.
INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING BRAZIL, INDIA)
International orders usually take 7-20 business days for delivery.
It is your own responsibility to cover the cost if your package is subject to import duties or additional local taxes.
We want you to love your GravaStar product. If you change your mind you can return your purchase and the pay the shipping cost if only the package are unopened and products are unused within 7 days you received the package.
We only accept returns of products in their original packaging, unopened and with the seal intact. Any products that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Please visit our warranty page if your product is faulty to learn more.

Within 7 days, if you find the products with problems during the using. You are able to return or replace the products with free shipping. If the products has been used over 7 days, the free return will not be applicable, we will only be able to provide the replacement when the products under the warranty.
For replacement, the shipping cost will be on the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
GravaStar will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
