Can GravaStar keyboards connect to Mac and Windows?

Yes. Bluetooth connects directly to macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS. For 2.4G wireless mode, connect the wireless dongle to an available USB port.

Which connection modes do different keyboard models support?

  • Mercury K1 / K98 Pro: Tri-Mode connectivity (Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4G Wireless, and Type-C Wired).

How do I pair the K1 / K98 keyboard via 2.4G wireless receiver?

  1. Toggle the bottom switch to 2.4G mode.

How do I connect the K1 / K98 keyboard via Bluetooth?

  2. Run the Switch Calibration tool to recalibrate the magnetic sensor values.
  3. Check and adjust your Rapid Trigger sensitivity and actuation travel thresholds.
  4. Ensure the latest firmware is installed via the driver software.

Can GravaStar mice connect to macOS / Apple laptops? Which operating systems are supported?

Yes. Bluetooth connects directly to macOS. For 2.4G wireless mode, connect the receiver to a USB port (a USB hub or docking station is required for Type-C only ports).

Supported operating systems:

  • Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10 / Windows 11 or later
  • macOS 10 or later

Does the mouse support both Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless? Is the 5-meter range suitable for living rooms?

Yes, GravaStar mice feature tri-mode connectivity (Bluetooth, 2.4G Wireless, and Wired USB). Both Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless operate stably within a 5-meter range.

How do I pair a 1K / 4K / 8K wireless receiver?

  1. Open the GravaStar mouse driver software on your computer.
  2. Plug the 1K/4K/8K receiver directly into a computer USB port.
  3. Press the Spacebar on your keyboard to open the Pairing Window, then click Start Pairing (or press the Spacebar again). The receiver will enter pairing mode.
  4. Toggle the switch at the bottom of the mouse to 2.4G mode.
  5. Simultaneously hold down the Left Click + Scroll Wheel + Right Click buttons for 3 seconds. The mouse will enter pairing mode (the blue LED will flash once per second for 20 seconds).
  6. Once the driver displays "Pairing Successful", the mouse is ready to use.

Why does the mouse stop working after starting the PC unless the 4K receiver is re-plugged?

This is typically caused by Windows USB power-saving states turning off the port. To resolve:

  1. Open Control PanelPower Options.
  2. Select your active plan (e.g., High Performance) and click Change plan settings.
  3. Click Change advanced power settings.
  4. Expand USB settingsUSB selective suspend setting.
  5. Change the setting to Disabled, then click Apply.

How do I connect via Bluetooth mode?

  1. Toggle the bottom switch to BT mode.
  2. Press and hold the Left Click + Scroll Wheel + Right Click buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator will flash blue rapidly.
  3. Open your computer or mobile device's Bluetooth settings, search for GravaStar X PRO / GravaStar X / GravaStar M1 Pro / GravaStar M2, and click Connect.

Can the receiver be plugged into a USB 3.0 port?

Yes.

  • 1K Receivers: Recommended for USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports.
  • 4K / 8K Receivers: Recommended for USB 3.0 or higher ports to ensure maximum bandwidth and stable high-polling rate transmission.

What should I do if the mouse is not recognized when plugged via USB or wireless receiver?

  1. Open Device Manager and check if a new device appears under Mice and other pointing devices. If present, right-click and select Update driver.
  2. If no device appears under mice, expand Universal Serial Bus controllers and check for unassigned or newly added USB devices to update drivers.
  3. Try plugging the cable or receiver into another direct motherboard USB port.
  4. Restart your PC or reinstall the GravaStar driver software.

How many buttons does the mouse have? Are they programmable?

There are 6 buttons: Left Click, Right Click, Middle Click (Scroll Wheel), Forward, Backward, and DPI Cycle button. Except for the Left Click (Button 1, which retains primary click functionality), Buttons 2 through 6 can be fully customized with key binds and macros via the driver software.

How do I adjust DPI levels and lighting effects?

  • DPI Levels: Default factory presets are 800 / 1200 / 1600 (Default) / 2400 / 3200 / 6400 DPI (Up to 26,000 DPI customizable via driver).
  • Lighting Effects: 5 customizable dynamic RGB lighting modes available through the GravaStar driver software.

SPEAKERS

How do I control basic playback, power, and lighting?

  • Power On / Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds.
  • Play / Pause: Single-click the Power Button.
  • Toggle Lights On / Off: Press and hold the Light Button.
  • Change Light Colors: Single-click the Light Button.
  • Switch Lighting Modes (Constant / Breathing / Music Beat): Double-click the Light Button (Note: Mode switching is disabled during active charging).

How do I set up True Wireless Stereo (TWS) between two speakers?

  1. Turn on both GravaStar speakers (must be of the same series).
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on both speakers for 3 seconds until the Bluetooth LEDs flash rapidly.
  3. Single-click the Bluetooth button on the Master speaker (flashes once), then double-click the Bluetooth button on the Secondary speaker (flashes twice).
  4. When paired, both speakers will announce "Network connected".
  5. Connect your mobile device or PC to the Master speaker via Bluetooth.

How do I reset the speaker or clear Bluetooth pairing records?

  • Factory Reset: Press the Bluetooth button and Light button simultaneously.
  • Clear Bluetooth Records: Press and hold the Bluetooth button and Power button simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth connection deleted".

How does Party Mode work on GravaStar speakers?

  1. Connect the Master speaker to your audio device via Bluetooth.
  2. Press and hold Power + Light buttons on the Master speaker for 3 seconds until you hear "Party mode".
  3. Press and hold Power + Light buttons for 3 seconds on any secondary speaker to link them. Multiple secondary speakers can be chained simultaneously.

How do I charge the earbuds and charging case?

  • Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED indicator will pulse red during charging. When fully charged, the indicator turns solid white for 1 minute before turning off.
  • Charging Case: Connect using the included Type-C cable. The RGB indicator pulses while charging and stays solid when fully charged.
  • Low Battery Alert: When earbud power falls below 20%, a voice prompt will state "Not enough energy". When case battery falls below 30%, the case indicator flashes twice per minute.

How do I pair the earbuds with a phone or computer?

  1. Remove both earbuds from the case simultaneously.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select GravaStar Sirius Plus.
  3. A voice prompt will announce "Bluetooth connected".
  4. Mono/Stereo Auto-Switching: Place either earbud into the case to use single-ear mono mode. Remove it again to resume stereo sound automatically.

How do I reset the Sirius Plus earbuds?

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
  2. Press and hold the Reset Button on the charging case for 5 seconds.
  3. Clear the previous Bluetooth pairing history from your device, then search and reconnect.
