Mars Pro - Black
I got my speaker which is the grey with orange light. The speaker has striking alien droid design, good volume, bright ambient light, great bass, easy controls and has been built robust. When switched on, the orange light in the grey body gives it the look of an INFERNO alien droid glaring at me. The one concern I have is with it's tiny wobbly control buttons, particularly the power button. A speaker of this size and build deserves some better buttons which is decently large enough to touch and handle a bit more comfortably and feel some rigid build. In other areas they're so robust, no complaints. I request you to put decent buttons to your future speakers. Please.
This speaker is great! Sounds quality is awesome and the build quality is incredible!
The light on this speaker are just :sparkles:beautiful :sparkles: so you can just use it as a decoration but why would you do that when you have these magnificent bass that can make you really fell the song you’re listening to ? All of that just to say that it’s probably the best purchase I’ve done in a long time.
Cool little speaker! Hefty... definitely all metal. Very sturdy & sounds pretty good! My only complaint is with a speaker of this quality it should have better bass response. Lack of bass is common with small bluetooth speakers but it is possible & should be preset in a speaker at this price range & is the only reason I dont give it 5 stars. BUT.... even at this price I'm happy I got it! It's a pretty cool speaker.
If you buy just one of these you'll be very impressed with the build quality - it's a beautifully constructed little unit.
But...for the price you may be a little let down by the sound, essentially because you're listening to music in mono.
The real difference is when you have two. Upon receiving one from my partner I immediately ordered a second.
When you place them 10 feet apart and sit equidistant the true stereo sound is fantastic, especially when listening to live or acoustic tracks. This is because they are absolutely bang on with the mid and treble.
If you are a fan of heavy bass you won't find it here, which is a disappointment given the aesthetic style of the units. If Gravastar could do one thing it would be to develop an equally cool subwoofer that could be connected to these.
I'm giving them 5 stars because it won't let me give 4.5, and 4 would be a bit mean.
